With the latest technology, we are increasing both the capacity of the infrastructure and the pace of development within digitization and processes.

About the Position

In the role of Infrastructure Specialist, you will primarily work to ensure the operational management of our telephony systems, where you will continuously handle orders and incidents. You will also plan and implement changes, transform business requirements and wishes into system requirements, and develop new solutions. The role also includes the management of all components involved. You will mainly work with Mitel's product portfolio.

You will belong to the unit for facility-related infrastructure, which consists of about ten employees who, in their various roles, work to manage and develop the communication network and associated systems. You will work closely with other functions in the department and also have close contact with suppliers and others.

Your work will include configuring, troubleshooting, and incident management of all telephony systems at Svenska kraftnät.

The Role Also Includes:

Driving various types of smaller projects and assignments, such as upgrades, problem investigations, and project deliveries
Participating as a technical resource in IT projects where telecommunication needs exist
Developing and improving work methods, routines, and processes
Taking primary responsibility for designated areas within the unit's technical domains

The IT operations at Svenska kraftnät are in constant development, and we are working to improve technical solutions as well as work methods and processes. The role also includes participating in such development activities.

Requirements:

You have a degree in telecommunications or data communication (telecom, networks, etc.) or equivalent competence acquired in another way that the employer deems relevant for the role. Furthermore, you have:

Several years of current and relevant work experience in the telecommunications industry, for example as a systems specialist or technician
Good knowledge of MX-One
Driver's license B
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

The position is located in Sundbyberg.
Opportunity for remote work up to 40% #LI-hybrid.
Travel may occur in this position.
